An intuitive healing session combines traditional healing techniques with intuitive guidance. This session will help you to gain insight into your own healing process, release emotional and energetic blockages, and promote self-awareness and well-being. Some tools that may be used in a session are:  Reiki, Emotion Code, Oracle Cards and Meditation. Every session will look different based upon your needs and circumstances. In-Person and distance sessions are available.

Reiki Treatment


Relaxation, Peace, and Calm

Reiki is a  gentle hands on healing technique that promotes balance and healing in the body. Reiki treatments promote relaxation, reduce stress, and provide pain relief. It is also believed to help with emotional well-being, promote spiritual growth, and accelerate the body's natural healing abilities.  Many people report feeling a sense of calm, inner peace, and improved well-being after a session. It is important to note that Reiki is beneficial for people of all ages and your pets too. Sessions are offered in-person and by distance.


Guidance, Clarity, and Support

Oracle card readings are a tool used to help provide guidance and support in navigating life's challenges and opportunities. Oracle card readings are a great tool for self-reflection, personal growth, and spiritual guidance. They can help you gain new perspectives, explore different choices or paths, and make informed decisions based on your own intuition and the messages received from the cards. In-Person and distance sessions are available.

Emotional Healing

The Emotion Code is a therapeutic technique that helps to identify and release trapped emotions in the body. By using muscle testing, specific emotions that may be causing physical or emotional discomfort can be located in the body. The purpose of this technique is to promote emotional well-being and balance, allowing individuals to experience greater peace and harmony in their lives. Emotion Code is used within an Intuitive Healing Session and is great for all ages including your pets.


Awareness and Peace of Mind

Meditation is a practice that helps to cultivate a calm and clear state of mind. It helps to reduce stress, promote relaxation, increase self-awareness, and enhance overall well-being. Regular meditation practice has numerous benefits for mental, emotional, and physical health, including improved concentration, reduced anxiety, better sleep, and increased feelings of inner peace and contentment. I am currently offering group meditation classes in-person every Wednesday night from 7pm to 8 pm. On-Line classes will be offered two times a month. Please check out my Events and Classes Page.
